# 模拟研究结构化摘要 ## English Abstract **Background:** This is a synthetic demonstration of a longitudinal workflow. No patients, clinical data, or real interventions are involved. The goal is to illustrate reporting of a linear mixed model with fixed analysis recipe. **Methods:** We simulated 180 independent individuals with six monthly visits, stable binary group, and baseline z. The outcome y followed a linear model with subject random intercepts and slopes plus measurement error. We fitted a linear mixed model with REML and Satterthwaite contrasts. **Results:** The model used 1080 observations from 180 individuals with no exclusions. The group contrast at time 0 was 0.372 (95% CI -0.055 to 0.798; p=0.087). At time 5 it was 1.553 (95% CI 0.844 to 2.263). The interaction was 0.236 (95% CI 0.101 to 0.372). **Conclusion:** The synthetic demonstration shows a reproducible mixed-model workflow. Results are properties of simulated data only.
